Flange seals
Our seals are used in almost all sectors of industry such as mechanical engineering, (petro)chemicals, food, power plants, offshore and in utility construction. In Europe, we are leading the way with our range of flange seals. This is thanks to the continuous training we follow, but also the contact with our customers and renowned manufacturers.
Our Application Engineers will be happy to help you work out technical issues. We are also ready to carry out standardization projects (for example, rationalizing the number of types and types of seals). We may be able to use the application knowledge of our suppliers. If desired, we provide product training for your work preparers, engineers and mechanics.
Own production
The commonly used standard (DIN, ANSI) dimensions are produced in large series and can be delivered from stock. We manufacture some pieces and small series in our machining center in Rotterdam-Botlek. With a complete machinery, we can quickly produce almost every imaginable flange seal (punch and spiral wound gaskets, comb profiles, heat exchanger gaskets). In addition to die-cutting knives for standard gaskets, we have a wide arsenal of 16,000 plank knives for the manufacture of customer-specific products.
Water jet cutting machines, plotters and laser cutters are also available at this production site. There we can quickly cut products in any shape imaginable, no matter how complex. Send your drawing or your CAD file (.dxf, .dwg) and we will process it into a ready-made gaskets.
